- Company: When this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Anime Hub Kenya, responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
- Customer: Refers to the company, organization, or person that signs up to use our Service to manage relationships with your consumers or service users.
- Device: Any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit and use the services.
- Service: Refers to the service provided by Anime Hub Kenya as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
- Website: Refers to Anime Hub Kenya’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: https://animehub.co.ke/.
- You: A person or entity registered with Anime Hub Kenya to use the Services.
Shipping
Anime Hub Kenya is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Even if the item initially had free shipping, the customer must pay for shipping on returns unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item).
Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Anime Hub Kenya. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a rewarding experience with our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Anime Hub Kenya. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Anime Hub Kenya’s Privacy Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, the following conditions apply:
Refunds
We at Anime Hub Kenya are committed to providing our customers with the best products. Every product is thoroughly inspected and packaged with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
If, however, we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or quality issues, we will notify you in advance and provide a full refund if you purchased through online payment (not Cash on Delivery). We do not offer refunds for products that have already been dispatched unless otherwise stated below.
Changes Implemented:
- Returns for Defective Products: While we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, we now allow returns or exchanges in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and it must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed under specific circumstances, such as order cancellations before dispatch or stock unavailability. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
No Returns or Exchanges on Sold Products
We DO NOT allow returns on sold products for change of mind, whether purchased online or in our retail outlets.
However, exceptions apply for defective or incorrect products, as stated above. In such cases, returns or exchanges will be allowed if the customer contacts us within 7 days of delivery.
No Reselling of Used Products
We do not engage in reselling used products to ensure our customers receive the best quality products.
International Orders
We DO NOT support exchanges or returns for international orders. However, if you cancel the order before we process and dispatch it for shipping, a refund can be processed. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.
Product Availability and Limitations
Anime Hub Kenya reserves the right to limit the number of products available for purchase due to popularity or supply constraints. We may confirm an order only to later find we cannot fulfill it. In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
We may update or make changes to this document to accurately reflect our Service and policies. If you continue to use our platform after updates, you will be bound by the revised policy. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
